Who are you? In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts and utilizing your design skills to create visually stunning and effective campaigns that align with Castle's brand identity and mission. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and a passion for creating personalized and innovative solutions for our clients. Design: • Create visually appealing and cohesive designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website assets • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts that align with Castle's brand guidelines • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom, to create high-quality designs Marketing Support: • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns • Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative content for social media, blog posts, and email newsletters • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to help optimize campaign performance
