Core Functions: • Translate customer requirements into design and specification for production & install • Use Adobe Illustrator for creating design templates for vehicle wraps, trade show displays, banners, wall graphics etc. • Use CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls , create estimates, work orders, billing • Coordinate between customers, production and vendors.
