Core Functions: Translate customer requirements into design and specification for production & install Use Adobe Illustrator for creating design templates for vehicle wraps, trade show displays, banners, wall graphics etc. Use CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls , create estimates, work orders, billing Coordinate between customers, production and vendors. Other Required Skills: Strong communication and listening skills. Motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality Update social media, newsletter to keep customer informed.
