This position is is ideally suited for someone with at least 1 year in a screen-printing environment with hands-on experience with screen printing production. The primary responsibility of this position is to perform the duties involved in screen printing. Key Responsibilities: • Set up/complete jobs according to work orders and tear down screens efficiently • Check production equipment to ensure proper machine set up, registration, ink viscosity and color • Run, adjust and troubleshoot production equipment and machinery • Ensures that work is performed in a consistent manner that results in defect free products • Ensures accurate quantities are produced at the right quality • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment • Keeping within timescales for production as set by Production Management • Monitor and corrects any problems that may occur during the press run to minimize downtime and waste • Maintain acceptable productivity, quality, spoilage and ensures product meets project specifications • Clean equipment • Help maintain inventory of screen-printing supplies; organize inks and keep the ink area clean Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • High school diploma or G.E.D.
