About the Role Tarte is looking for a talented 2D Graphic Designer to join our Visual Merchandising team. This role works across permanent and promotional fixtures, seasonal updates, windows, and pop-ups, partnering closely with Trade Marketing, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams from concept through final production and release. • Develop artwork for promotional spaces including endcaps, tables, towers, windows, pop-ups, and in-store animations. • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within retail, visual merchandising, or a production-heavy marketing environment. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
