2D Graphics Designer

Salem Sports Events is seeking a 2D Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring our events and brand experiences to life. • Essential Duties And Responsibilities (other Duties May Be Assigned) • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Meet with Supervisor/Client Relationship Managers to determine the scope of a project • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials from Design Manager • Create designs/layouts that maintain tournament and company brand identity • Maintain client specific colors, images, text style, and layout for final output • Create and maintain brand consistency for client deliverables • Communicate project status with relevant personnel • Keep apprised of calendar due dates and adhere to calendar deadlines • Maintain open communication to allow input from the Design and Manufacturing team on all steps of development process • Present the design to Supervisor/Client Relationship Managers • Review designs for errors prior to submittal and/or production processes • Obtains approval of concept by submitting initial layout for approval • Incorporate changes recommended into the final design • Maintain file location based on approval and updating change logs • Must maintain a validly issued and current driver’s license.
