90/10 Split - Make more money selling fewer homes.

The truth is, brokers don't provide much for their agents except a lot of BS. I know the business inside and out, and can help you with the more important things that really matter, which is representing clients in the best way possible, and understanding the market as a whole. After that, your job is to market and advertise to your SOI. If you want to really work the real estate business how it is supposed to be run, and don't need a fancy brand and all the sizzle. If you're new, and want to get your feet wet in real estate, I'd be more than happy to train you in the right way, instead of the training that other brokers provide now, which is teaching people how to be unethical and annoying salespersons.
