In this role, you will be crafting clinical educational materials and developing an exciting design language for the next generation of our AMI offerings across live and virtual training programs, social, websites, and more. Reporting into the Senior Manager, AMI Curricula Design & Development, you will work alongside creatives and curricula experts to bring clinical education to life keeping in mind adult learning principles. This is a remote position.Responsibilities:Management of our Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance (MLRC) review systems and processes, from initial concepts through to approval for distribution.Know when to escalate resource bandwidth and project blockers to manager.Work closely with Project Manager to support project planning, assist with identifying, monitoring, and analyzing projects for risks.Act as liaison for all stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met, as well as liaison between AMI Curricula team and Marketing Operation team.Take ownership of projects in your queue, actively advocating for project approval.Participate/schedule meetings to present topics and provide input, recognize issues and provide solutions.Create and maintain a “best practices log” that captures common MLRC requests/guardrails, and frequently made mistakes in our program contents, to prevent roadblocks and achieve a faster turnaround time, and share-out to team so we do not repeat mistakes.Spend time thoroughly and meticulously reading program content to actively apply “best practices” to each job before routing into review system as well as applying accurate metadata.Work with digital asset management teams to ensure that all approved materials are properly produced, archived, retrieved, and moved across the organization.Proactively build strong working relationships with stakeholders, reviewers, and vendors; and work with employees at all levels including VPs.Manage and monitor communications with volumes of 60+ emails/messages/texts per day.Travel to bi-annual team meetings.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience, is required.2-4 years in a project management role.Excellent time management and organizational skills with a high sense of urgency and ownership of your projects.Experience with project management software and compliance systems.Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented.Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills).Computer literacy, tech-savvy, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).Adaptive to a rapidly changing environment with seasonal high-volume workload, flexible to working overtime and/or weekends.Nice to have:Experience in Mac OS.Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Workfront, Slack, Veeva Vault, Frame.io, Confluence, Monday.com, and Google (Drive, Docs, Sheets).Compensation:$62,500-$118,500 per yearRemote: Yes #J-18808-Ljbffr
