Account Executive / Graphic Designer (Hybrid)

About Us

IPSO Promo is a fast-growing promotional products and branded merchandise company based in Miami. We help businesses create custom apparel, corporate gifts, employee welcome kits, trade show giveaways, drinkware, technology products, and premium branded merchandise.

We're a small, entrepreneurial team, which means this is a true wear-many-hats role. You'll manage client accounts and design work, but you'll also help keep orders moving- from purchase orders to shipping to occasionally packing a box yourself. What You'll Do

Client & Sales

Manage client accounts from inquiry through deliveryRespond promptly to client emails and phone callsPrepare quotes, presentations, and proposalsFollow up on quotes and maintain strong client relationshipsIdentify upselling opportunities and generate new businessAssist with day-to-day sales and customer supportDesign

Create professional product mockups using customer logosPrepare print-ready artwork using Adobe IllustratorCreate marketing materials and occasional social media graphicsOperations & Fulfillment

Issue and manage purchase orders to suppliers as neededCoordinate shipping and monitor production timelinesPick, pack, and ship some orders when needed to keep projects on schedule (not often)

Qualifications

Must be located in the Miami, FL areaAuthorized to work in the United States2+ years of experience in graphic design, account management, customer service, or B2B salesProficient in Adobe Illustrator (required)Experience with Adobe Photoshop and CanvaExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with hands-on operational tasks, including light fulfillment workAble to lift up to approximately 30 lbsPositive attitude and strong attention to detailValid driver's license (occasional supplier/post office runs)

Preferred Qualifications

Promotional products, printing, branding, apparel, or marketing industry experienceExperience with CommonSku, SAGE, ASI, or PPAICRM experienceShopify experience is a plus
