Account Executive / Graphic Designer (Hybrid)

IPSO Promo is a fast-growing promotional products and branded merchandise company based in Miami. You'll manage client accounts and design work, but you'll also help keep orders moving- from purchase orders to shipping to occasionally packing a box yourself. Manage client accounts from inquiry through deliveryRespond promptly to client emails and phone callsPrepare quotes, presentations, and proposalsFollow up on quotes and maintain strong client relationshipsIdentify upselling opportunities and generate new businessAssist with day-to-day sales and customer supportDesign Must be located in the Miami, FL areaAuthorized to work in the United States2+ years of experience in graphic design, account management, customer service, or B2B salesProficient in Adobe Illustrator (required)Experience with Adobe Photoshop and CanvaExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with hands-on operational tasks, including light fulfillment workAble to lift up to approximately 30 lbsPositive attitude and strong attention to detailValid driver's license (occasional supplier/post office runs)
