Account Manager

One of Florida's premiere property report companies is seeking a friendly, outgoing account manager to create meaningful, long-term relationships with clients across the state. What we’re ultimately looking for is a hard-working “people person” who is friendly, eager to learn, and willing to hop in his or her car to visit clients. Graphic design, social media and e-newsletter experience are helpful. Duties: • Serve as the main contact for all customer account management matters • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships • Help negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed • Travel throughout the state with occasional overnights Desired Skills: • Experience in sales, account management, marketing, public relations, or a similar role • Ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization • Experience with CRM software and MS Office • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to fulfill customer needs • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail • Excellent listening and presentation abilities • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong time management and organizational skills • Some understanding of graphic design and a willingness to learn (we use Canva.com)
