Account Manager

The Account Manager’s role is to oversee customer orders, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account Managers answer client queries and respond to requests for quotes, sample materials, and other requests as needed. In this role, you will cross-train in customer service, sales, logistics and operations, and liaise with internal teams (including Product Development and Graphic Design departments) to improve the entire customer experience. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager will collaborate intensively with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-term.
