Account Manager with Photoshop/Illustrator Experience

Job Brief We are seeking a versatile account manager to help continue to build our growing business. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage a fast pace and a wide variety of duties. This role will also include some light graphic design as needed, using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Responsibilities Develop a thorough understanding of all products and services Manage relationships with customers, vendors, and other third parties Receive and respond to inquiries from new and existing customers Track and coordinate project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring quality service and communication Organize and maintain records of active and past projects Provide information on pricing and product availability to prospective clients Create visual mockups of prospective projects Generate production-ready art files for printing vendor Assist with email campaigns and other marketing efforts Compile client contact information and maintain organized lists Skills & Experience 1-2 years of experience in an Account Manager or similar administrative/customer-facing role Customer service experience Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Experience using Google Workspace and MS Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously If you are interested, please include your resume with your application.
