Our Account Representative role is Mon-Fri, 8-4:30 or 8:30-5! We are searching for an outgoing, people loving Account Representative (AR) to join our Minneapolis team. Our AR must be friendly and energetic as he/she will be the “face” of our business to many new and existing customers. With the support of our team, our AR will become an expert on our printing, large format, mailing and online services. Qualifications and Requirements: • At least one year of experience in a Customer Service or sales role • Friendly, outgoing, “customer first” orientation • Very strong attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Aptitude to thoroughly learn and fully utilize our estimating and CRM systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent project and time management skills • Creativity and problem-solving abilities • The ability to work independently and as part of a team • Some background in graphic design or printing is a plus but not required • Associate’s degree or higher • Strong commitment to our core values: customer centric; integrity; passion; innovation and accountability We look forward to connecting with qualified candidates.
