Adjunct Faculty - Graphic Design

Major responsibilities are in the area of teaching and learning.
Adjunct faculty in the graphic design program are required to have expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe In.
Design.
They are expected to understand the marriage of image and type in layout, typography, branding, preparation of designs for print, and an understanding of the graphic design profession.
Candidates should be progressive in instructional strategies and in their discipline and be collegial in their relationships with colleagues, staff, and students.
Each adjunct faculty member is directly responsible to a departmental/school administrator.
Part-time graphic design adjunct instructional faculty position requires a Bachelor's degree in the discipline or related field OR Associate's Degree in the discipline and a Bachelor's degree in any discipline OR an Associate's Degree with minimum of 6 years working in the industry.
Collegiate teaching experience is preferred, but not required.
