Our team is one of the fastest growing Life Insurance Agencies in the country. We are looking for a responsible and hard working Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Desired Skills and Experience: · Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines · Must be a team player · Excellent knowledge of computer skills including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (MS Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop most importantly) · Punctuality is critical to our office culture · Understanding of office management and marketing principles · Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends when needed is a must · High School diploma; BS in Marketing, Graphic Design or relevant field is preferred Responsibilities: · Responsible for contracting and on-boarding of new agents · Handle all administrative duties as well as personal errands when needed · Assist with handling policies and following up with carriers and clients · Assist with social media accounts and target marketing · Client Thank You and retention program · Plan and organize meetings with agents and weekly staff meetings · Build presentations and reports · Update agent lists · Onboard new agents · Interview non-licensed agents to determine if they are a good fit · Schedule policy reviews · Maintain office expenses in QuickBooks · Work with corporate lead and marketing department · Report numbers via social media Bonus Points: · Bi- lingual · Organizational skills · Confident · Growth mindset/Willingness to learn · Adaptability · Creativity · Good team-working skills · Communication skills Please do not apply if you do not have experience.
