PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: * Prepare event related materials for the programs, including creating event posts for social media, email, and other purposes. When the GTU campus reopens, tasks will include filing, maintaining office supplies inventory, and making sure key equipment is operational. * Assist students in complying with academic filing requirements; keep students informed of course offerings, program requirements, and relevant events and activities through email lists and other communication. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Preferred Education & Experience: * BA degree * Experience with interfaith organizational life * Experience in planning and implementing events (both virtual and actual), audio/visual * support, and photography Skills & Abilities: * Demonstrated customer service and administrative skills.
