Timing: immediate • Job Responsibilities: o Administrative / Customer Service including, but not limited to: Schedule / book client and carrier meetings Answer phone calls Track and manage incoming customer requests Manage carrier playbook updates Inspect and photograph insured properties (local travel, mileage reimbursed) Data enter policy changes (endorsements) Create / send Certificates of Insurance o Marketing / Social Media: Track marketing effectiveness and adjust to drive outcomes Lead local community engagement to drive marketing and awareness • Skills / Qualifications: o Required Skills / Qualifications: Creative, eager-to-learn attitude Professional communication ability A go-getter motivated by helping customers and learning new skills Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat Must be eligible to work in the US with sponsorship Must hold a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance o Preferred Skills / Qualifications Past retail, service industry or customer service experience Graphic design skills Multilingual Excel, Google Analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn
