$15 per hour employment type: part-time Social Media And Admin Assistant to in Real Estste Team And Repair Company. The following skills are needed: -social media knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) - manage and organize postings -Canva or other graphic design skills to help with designing digital flyers, brochures and postings -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Templated Website -knowledge of shooting and editing FaceBook, Instagram & You Tube video These skills needed: -assistance with marketing, specifically Internet marketing and advertising would be helpful -email newsletter management (knowledge of MailChimp or ActiveCampaign is helpful) -internet researching skills -editing and proofreading of blog posts and articles -help organize client list and send followup emails -help find event spaces and book events Experience in the following fields: Social Media Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Event Planning & Film & Video Self-starter, independent learner with strong interpersonal skills and flexibility. Fast paced environment. Someone who wants to be in Real Estate. What our days consist of: Creating social media content in the form of graphics, sill photos and videos; monitoring social accounts Maintain a 1-person business consulting office Maintain a Social Media content company This will initially be a part time position, (20-30HRS).
