Administrative and Marketing Assistant Needed- Real Estate - Part-Time

We are a growing real estate team in the Northeast Ohio area looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and marketing tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our real estate team of agents and clients, assisting in weekly office needs and managing our team's general administrative activities. This position is part-time, approximately 6 to 10 hours/week, and allows for flexible work hours! May increase hours in future if desired. Responsibilities \\- Prepare, maintain and organize real estate files \\- Prepare presentations and presentation files \\- Prepare marketing materials including folders, brochures and mailers \\- Write and distribute emails, letters, faxes and forms \\- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports \\- Maintain contact lists \\- Order office supplies and necessary materials Required Qualifications \\- Proficiency in computer applications: such as Microsoft Office, Publisher, basic Excel, and Outlook \\- Working knowledge of office equipment and technology \\- Exceptional, attention to detail and able to follow step by step \\- Multi-tasking ability \\- Problem-solving skills \\- Ability to work independently and autonomously Additional Qualifications \\- Ideally familiar with real estate and/or computer applications such as: MLS/NEO, Realist, DocuSign, and RealtyJuggler (or similar CRM) \\- Real Estate or Marketing experience preferred \\- Canva and/ or graphic design skills \\- Social media such as Facebook, lnstagram and LinkedIn \\- Willingness to learn \\- Strong writing skills
