Small Business/Health Insurance Agency in Rancho Cordova/Gold River seeks Part-Time Administrative and Marketing assistant to help with various administrative, marketing and office duties and to support the owner and agents in the office in servicing current and prospective clients. Great opportunity to gain experience working inside a growing small business. Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal), very strong computer/technology skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office/Outlook and Word, Illustrator/Graphic Design, E-mail Auto Responders, Wordpress, Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), Facebook Ads, video creation, Affiliate Marketing and other technology platforms. Approx. 18-28 hours/week with some flexibility on hours.
