Administrative Assistant for Waterfront Yacht Sales Office

- Assist brokers with forms and contracts - Enter boat specification information into MLS systems - Update inventory sheets and boat specification brochures, etc. o Social media updates Required Skills - Basic proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop - Familiarly with WordPress - Experience using email marketing system (Constant Contact or MailChimp) - Experience creating content and managing social media accounts - Experience with Google and Facebook ad campaigns - Graphic design experience This is a full-time administrative position, Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm.
