As the AA you will be the face of our organization, whether it be greeting guests as they enter the office, or speaking to people on the phone. *Use software programs to create fliers, brochures, memos, and other company documents. *Act as the assistant for Administration team. *Assist with scheduling, setting up and the process of New Employee Orientation.
