Our small company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. We are willing to train the right candidate for this job. The Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include but are not limited to: \- Administrative and computer Work \- Precise timesheet and data entry \- Answering incoming calls \- Bookkeeping: Preparing reports in QuickBooks, paying bills, running payroll, managing overdue accounts \- Office management and organization \- Managing and creating new and prospective client files \- Spreadsheet manipulation and report formatting \- Running miscellaneous errands, buying supplies, and delivery/submittal of applications to regulatory agencies Desirable Qualifications & Characteristics: \- Experience using QuickBooks \- Flexible with changes in priorities and ability to multi-task \- Experience with entire Microsoft Suite (proficiency with Word and Excel – or similar programs – preferred) \- Experience with Adobe Acrobat platform \- Experience with graphic design software (SketchUp, CAD, etc.) This is a part-time position.
