About You: As the Administrative Assistant, you would work directly for the Director of Property Management. Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, new tenant coordination with leases and move in packages, scheduling rent increases and move outs, monthly client reporting, scheduling, coordinating and possibly meeting vendors for multiple properties, bookkeeping, calendar management, file management, assisting with marketing and advertising and various administrative tasks. The ideal person for this role would be reliable, organized, able to communicate professionally, and have bookkeeping experience.
