Administrative Assistant Position

Our small company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time job which is on average about 30 hours per week. We would like to have someone who is interested in working with us long term. This position also requires a flexible schedule. The Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Administrative and Computer Work ● Answering incoming calls ● Office management and organization ● Managing and creating new and prospective client files ● Spreadsheet manipulation and report formatting ● Running miscellaneous errands, buying supplies, and delivery/submittal of applications to regulatory agencies ● Precise timesheet and data entry ● Bookkeeping Assistance: Preparing reports in QuickBooks, paying bills, running payroll, managing overdue accounts Desirable Qualifications & Characteristics: ● Experience using CRM, Project management software and QuickBooks is desirable ● Flexible with changes in priorities and ability to multi-task ● Experience with entire Microsoft Suite (proficiency with Word and Excel – or similar programs – preferred) ● Experience with Adobe Acrobat platform ● Organizational skills, high attention to detail, punctuality and responsiveness ● Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Willingness to work as a team member ● Experience with graphic design software (SketchUp, CAD, etc.)
