ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - Lewis Apartment Communities Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of The Lewis Group of Companies, has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic, professional and personable individual to provide administrative support to managers in the Residential Property Management division at the Upland, CA corporate headquarters. In your new career, your responsibilities would include various administrative functions to support the regional property directors and various department directors, while also providing exceptional customer service to apartment community residents. Some of your responsibilities will include: -Initial point of contact for field support and coordination of resources as necessary -Assist with Annual/Quarterly meeting preparation -Community Poo Prints program supply and distribution -Receiving and responding to resident customer service phone calls and emails -Diffusing difficult situations and understanding residents needs and concerns -Department Invoice processing -Assist with department Helpdesk tickets -Accounts Payable support functions including expense report creation -Generation and distribution of Weekly/Monthly reports for SoCal Portfolio -Use various graphic design platforms to draft internal department communications, including promotion memos -Various other duties to support the department, as assigned Skills for your success include strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, and Excel. You will earn bonus points for previous knowledge of apartment leases and Fair Housing policies and procedures.
