Administrative Assistant - MESA (PT)

The Administrative Assistant’ role is to perform and coordinate the completion of a broad range of complex administrative and office duties in support of the Tacoma/South Puget Sound (TSPS) area. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Oversee the administrative operations of MESA, including providing information, responding to questions, directing incoming calls/inquiries and scheduling appointments/meetings. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, correspondence, note taking, monitoring TSPS MESA email account, responding to emails, and create office forms using Formstack. Required Qualifications: One and a half years of job-related work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree or higher.
