Administrative Assistant

This position will support the Allegion commercial business in the US region and will be responsible for delivering assets intended for both print and digital consumption with an emphasis on digital. What You Will Do: Work cross-functionally with major stakeholders that include product marketing, content marketing and field marketing Partner effectively with internal teams on creative direction and execution, including coordinating requirements, fulfilling requests, reviewing output and iterating projects through final draft Determine scope of work and predict appropriate timeline on projects Adhere to brand standards and brand positioning, as well as act as brand counsel to the business When necessary collaborate with third-party agency partners on creative projects Workload will be approximately 75% digital creative (including, but not limited to, graphics for social, web and email) / 25% print creative Position requires travel up to 10% Position will be split between office and work from home What You Need to Succeed: Strong computer and technology skills in both Microsoft and Mac operating systems; highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Must combine creativity with technical proficiency and accuracy Strong communication, project management and time management skills Ability to maintain focus in fast-paced, demanding environments, frequently working with tight deadlines Demonstrated track record of creativity and imagination in a corporate business environment Minimum of 1 years of related experience is preferred Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in graphic design or related field Allegion is a Great Place to Grow your Career if: You are seeking a rewarding opportunity that allows you to truly help others.
