The candidate must have excellent customer service, phone and critical thinking skills. Ability to effectively communicate with others both verbally and writing in English: bilingual in Spanish a Plus. Skills and Responsibilities include: -Customer Service( via phone and email) -Knowledge of accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable -Data entry -Strongly prefer experience with AppFolio Property Management accounting software (willing to train the right person) -Tenant Billing and Collections -Marketing and Advertising -Punctual, Responsible and reliable -Self-starter who can work independently and as a team player -Ability to prioritize while paying attention to detail -Approachable and comfortable around all levels of employees -Positive attitude and strong communication skills -Willingness to take additional responsibilities as needed
