ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT /Bookkeeper for a FULL TIME position

Must be able to work full time (9:30AM- 6:00PM) Job Requirements: - REQUIREMENT: Experience with QuickBooks PRO 2018-2019 ( Be able to do inputs/ write checks) - Quick learner, accuracy and attention to detail are critical - Advance computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe PDF, Search Engine) - Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, marketing or equivalent required - Self-starter and self-motivator with a strong work ethic - Ability to work under pressure at fast paced environment while maintaining sense of humor - Have a good presentation, great communication skills and phone etiquette ---- Job duties include, but are not limited to: - QuickBooks inputs / Invoicing / Accounts payable – receivables / Reconciling accounts - Produce quality excel spreadsheets, reports, and contracts as needed - Doing all furniture/items purchase orders and coordinate accuracy with vendors - Coordinating deliveries with vendors / contractors / customers / buildings - Completing various office/administrative tasks as answer the phone, take messages, correspondence, transmittals, filing, etc. **Please DO NOT APPLY for this position if you do not know QUICKBOOKS and have experience with bookkeeping /coordination **
