Our Administrative Design Assistant will collaborate with the product development and graphic design teams, performing a full range of administrative duties, including Microsoft office, various general office duties, developing, updating, and/or reviewing product data and spec sheets and possibly assist in creation of email marketing materials and graphics dependent upon experience and expertise. • Assist in updating, and/or reviewing product data and spec sheets • Manipulate existing templates in InDesign and Microsoft Office software • Photo editing as needed • Perform various general office duties, including faxing, copying, filing, ordering of supplies, etc. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • College degree, preferably in a design related field • Prior office work experience • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills • Must be detail oriented • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities • Ability to analyze and solve problems • Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards objectives, and time frames • Genuine interest in fashion and home décor A career with Interlude Home means being part of a team dedicated to creating fashion forward luxury design, striving to be an industry leader in all aspects of our business.Create an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
