The ideal candidate is reliable, positive, and professional. This position is part-time (approx. 24 hours per week), with the possibility of becoming full- time. The duties include: • Emailing customers and vendors Customer Service: Answer phones, respond to inquiries, follow up with leads • Administrative: Quickbooks data & customer mgmt., Office mgmt (supplies, etc..), inventory control • Project Management: keep track of customer jobs, communicate/coordinate with vendors, manage shipping Required Skills: • Proficiency Microsoft Word, Gmail total suite of products, Quickbooks • Write proposals, emails and estimates on professional level • Graphic Design knowledge a plus (Photoshop or equivalent) • Excellent computer knowledge and typing speed • Exceptional telephone skills, and organization of information aquired on phone calls • Organization of Projects, Customers, & Vendors and the interplay of all of these • Multi- tasking • Data-entry • Customer Service- patience and courtesy/hospitality • Marketing/Promotions/Sales experience including proficient knowledge of Social Media • Jewelry experience and/or small business experience not required, but a plus A background check will be required.
