Overview The Graphic Designer creates eye-catching, large-format vinyl graphics that bring client brands to life. From reviewing orders and building templates to designing and preparing files for print, this role blends creativity with precision in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment. Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Associate degree preferred 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced graphics production environment, or equivalent hands-on experience Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud on Mac, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Experience working with large-format print files, photography, and printer setup Familiarity with using generative AI tools to enhance creative workflows Strong understanding of measurements, scale, and template creation for custom vehicles Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and listening abilities with a talent for translating concepts into visuals Goal-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Must have full color vision and the ability to view computer screens at various distances
