This range is provided by Kforce Inc. Qualified candidates will be: • Analyzing user requirements and defining functional specifications using Agile methodology; • Leading the development of designs across different systems using Figma, Wireframes, Adobe Illustrator, M365, Teams, and Copilot; • Translating designs into production, including creating requirements and development guidance; • Designing interactions and intuitive user experiences, icons, and illustrations that support complex workflows; • Creating documents and prototypes and high-quality, compelling design and graphics, mock-ups, and layouts for responsive websites and mobile applications; • Crafting design artifacts such as (but not limited to), wireframes, user flows, user journey maps, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect design comps; • Leading the building of UI wireframes, screens, and views as well as workflows, user flows, and hi-fi prototypes; • Creating design guidelines for UI patterns, to standardize the anatomy, spacing and dimensions, responsiveness, states, and accessibility of all components; • Documenting user experience and interactivity through wireframes, flowcharts, screenshots, design specifications, and prototype demos; • Identifying user needs, translating user research into user stories, journeys, and flows; • Developing User Interface specifications; • Analyzing test results and recommending modifications to the designs to meet project specifications; • Participating in post-production usability review; and documenting usability designs, modifications, and issues as required by the project.
