JOB DUTIES • Answering inquiries about our trips via phone and email • Responding to phone calls, email, and social media in a friendly manner • Contact guests to collect payments and information • Pass information along to outfitters and confirm bookings • Keep our office running smoothly • Assist our marketing and outreach efforts (see below) Beyond communicating with our guests, we are looking for someone who can take on additional duties running the business.
