Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a talented, technically gifted Creative/Design Specialist III to play a critical role for AECOM's brand ambassador efforts throughout the United States.This creative talent will perform creative and graphic design tasks and participates in presentations to deliver a range of outputs that effectively convey a message and capture the attention of our intended audiences. Able to manage less experienced team members and develop collaborative workflows to meet project deadlines.Able to collaborate and project manage complex proposals with multiple different outputs to deliver compelling digital and printed media.Coach entry level designers.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:BA/BS + 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.Preferred Qualifications:BA/BS in Digital Design / Graphics5 + years of experience.Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a must.Must be well versed in Powerpoint and possess expertise with Microsoft Word & Office Suite usage.Must possess strong graphic design skills including styles and automated file set up.Map design experience a plus or GIS experience highly relevant.Ability to integrates with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure creative work aligns with project goals and client needsFamiliarity with 508 compliance a plusBilingual (Spanish) is a plusAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.U.S. With cutting-edge technology and a network of experts, you’ll have the resources to make a real impact.
