Title: Jr. Graphic DesignerReports To: Art DirectorDepartment: Creative ContentJob Type: Part-time, seasonal, hourlyJob Summary: The Baltimore Orioles seek a part-time, seasonal Jr. Graphic Designer to assist the Graphic Design team in the development and execution of social media, email, broadcast, and in-venue graphics.Duties & Responsibilities: Design promotional marketing drops for television broadcast and video boards in the ballparkCreate email graphics for marketing and advertising campaigns and customer journeysAssist Graphic Designers and Art Director in creation of graphics packages from brand standardsUpdate in-game video board elements, including chyron messaging, player headshots, player stats and game notesHelp build campaign templates and one-off requests for social media use Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in graphic design, visual arts, advertising, or related fieldOne to three years' experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignMotion design capabilities using Adobe After Effects is a plusDemonstrates design principles and creative trends with an online creative portfolioAvailability and willingness to work extended hours, including some nights and weekends, when neededUnderstanding of baseball and Orioles team history is a plusDISCLAIMER:The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the employee in this position.
