JOB DESCRIPTION:

Victra is seeking an AI Content & Visual Design Specialist to support the creation and scaling of marketing content across digital and physical channels.

This role combines graphic design, content production, and AI-driven creative execution to deliver high-quality assets that support paid media, CRM, social, and in-store marketing across 1,500+ locations.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for producing creative quickly while helping transition Victra’s content production toward AI-enabled workflows and scalability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Graphic Design & Branding

Design flyers, social media content, ads, and sales materialsMaintain strong brand consistency across all outputsDeliver high-quality creative across multiple formats and channelsAI Content Production

Create AI-generated videos, images, and visual assetsUse AI tools to accelerate content creation and iterationTranslate ideas into short-form video and visual contentLocal Marketing & Field Support

Develop creative for store-level promotions and local initiativesSupport sales teams with content that drives traffic and awarenessCreate event assets, promotional materials, and in-store visualsCreative Workflow & Process

Turn ideas into clear creative briefs and outputsDocument repeatable workflows that support AI-driven productionIdentify ways to improve speed, quality, and consistencyDesign System & Asset Management

Maintain templates, assets, and brand standardsBuild reusable content for marketing and sales teamsEnsure clean organization of files and assetsSocial Media Content

Produce content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platformsDesign reels, carousels, thumbnails, and short-form video assetsApply clear, performance-focused design principlesKey Expectations

Execution-first role focused on speed and qualityDeliver high-quality work with minimal revisionsUse AI to improve production efficiency and scaleMaintain strong attention to detail and brand standardsOperate independently in a fast-paced environment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

2–5 years in graphic design, content creation, or visual productionProficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar toolsExperience creating digital and social media contentFamiliarity with AI tools for content creation (image, video, or audio)Ideal Candidate
