Our studio is You’ll work in What You’ll Do • Concept and produce AI-driven motion, video, and visual content built for social • Create short-form videos, loops, and stills that feel current, sharp, and premium • Generate original creative ideas—not just execute briefs • Work directly with clients: understand their asks, ask better questions, and translate needs into standout visuals • Present creative concepts clearly and confidently to clients and internal leadership • Deliver high-quality work on deadline, without hand-holding • Stay ahead of AI, tech, design, and social trends—and proactively share insights with creative leadership • Experiment constantly with new tools, formats, and workflows, then turn what works into repeatable systems • Balance speed, experimentation, and polish in a fast-moving startup environment • Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design What We’re Looking For • Strong foundation in motion design, animation, or visual storytelling • Deep hands-on experience with generative AI tools for video and image creation (Stable Diffusion, Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, After Effects + AI workflows, etc.) What You Get • Competitive compensation • Real creative ownership and room to experiment • A studio culture that values ideas, taste, speed, and execution • Access to EDGLRD’s network of top-tier celebrities and brands • The chance to help define how AI is used creatively at EDGLRD
