Alesong - Marketing & DTC Coordinator

MARKETING & DTC COORDINATOR Alesong Brewing and Blending is a boutique, artisan brewery specializing in barrel-aged and Belgian-inspired beers located in a scenic wine country location roughly 20 miles Southwest of Eugene with a second tasting room at the 5th street public market and additional production and office facilities in West Eugene. Founded in 2015, we have been fortunate enough to receive a number of awards and recognitions including medals at the Great American Beer Festival, the Best of Craft Beer Awards, and the Oregon Beer Awards. As a primary focus, this person will work with the rest of the Alesong team to coordinate marketing efforts across all sales channels (tasting room, club, wholesale, online) and media channels (social, web, print, website, email) working closely with founders to tell our story and promote our events and initiatives. Secondarily, this person will help manage the logistics and messaging for our club and online direct to consumer sales channels. o In person at releases and events o Online and phone customer service requests • Manage online inventory and ordering / shipping for club shipments and website orders • Lead internal communication and education of front of house staff on club and DTC sales initiatives • Coordinate with outside vendors, such as graphic designers, printers, and photographers, to produce marketing materials • Plan and execute promotional events in the tasting room and the trade Required qualifications - • Four-year degree in marketing or other related field • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Passion for the craft beer industry, marketing, and customer service • Professional, warm and welcoming personal presentation • Self-motivated and able to act independently • Team player enthusiastic about working together to grow a small company • Proficiency in commonly used software platforms – Microsoft Office, Google productivity software, Adobe design suite • Significant experience with common social media platforms • Experience with graphic design, basic web design, and photography/videography • Availability to work some nights and weekends • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift cases/kegs weighing up to 50 lbs Preferred qualifications - • Experience marketing for consumer brands • Event planning and coordination experience • Experience working in a subscription or club- centric consumer business • Knowledge of beer and beer-making process • Interest in culinary world, food pairings, etc.
