This position will produce high-quality visual solutions that support the credit union's mission to provide outstanding service to our members, associates, and community. Contribute to the brand's success in building positive, long-term and meaningful relationships by making emotional connections with our members, associates, and community partners. This includes designing materials for internal marketing communications, aligning internal messaging with overall brand guidelines, and collaborating with departments to meet their design needs. Use knowledge of design practices and platforms such as CMYK vs RGB (color modes), Creatopy, Canva, Inlighten, Geofencing, Display ads, social media, web design, and others.Create visually engaging graphics, video files, and copywriting/editing for a wide range of digital and print marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media posts, website content, signage, and other promotional materials, ensuring designs capture attention and effectively communicate key messages.Work closely with the Marketing team to understand project objectives and target audiences, transforming these insights into compelling design solutions that meet both creative and business goals.Ensure all designs adhere to American Heritage Credit Union's and Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) relationships' brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in design elements such as fonts, colors, and imagery across all materials.Generate modern design ideas and concepts that effectively convey the brand message and enhance the member experience while meeting marketing campaign objectives.Carefully select appropriate fonts, colors, images, and layouts to ensure each design project is visually appealing, readable, and effective for its intended purpose.Continuously stay informed of the latest design trends, software, and techniques, suggesting innovative approaches and tools to optimize the design process and enhance the visual impact of projects.Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met without compromising quality.Organize and manage a digital library of design assets, such as images, fonts, and project files, ensuring easy access for future use and consistency across projects.Ensure all designs are optimized for various digital platforms and devices, delivering a seamless and user-friendly experience across channels.Support the Marketing department with design and promotional materials for community involvement events, helping to engage members and promote credit union initiatives.QUALIFICATIONS:One to three years of similar or related experience.Strong understanding of professional techniques used in sales support and marketing, media, and design required.Knowledge of financial services products and services a plus.Proven ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, organize and prioritize work assignments, and manage time effectively to complete tasks in a timely manner.Effective organizational, recordkeeping, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail.Proven ability to foster a culture of inclusiveness, collaboration, and consideration of coworkers.Moderate knowledge of graphic design programs such as Adobe Suite.Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.This position may qualify for hybrid remote status under the credit union's current Policy and Program for Remote Work.
