Design engaging layouts that integrate text, iconography, photography, interactive elements, and graphics across print and digital platforms Collaborate with writers, proposal coordinators, and marketing team members to translate content into compelling visual solutions for both print and web Design and update website elements, landing pages, and digital assets while ensuring a consistent brand experience Work with web development partners to create wireframes and mockups with a focus on usability, responsiveness, and UI/UX best practices Apply current and emerging design trends while adhering to foundational design principles Present and clearly articulate design concepts Incorporate feedback from internal clients and marketing leadership into polished final deliverables Review all work for accuracy, quality, and consistency prior to printing, publishing, or digital launch Assist in planning and directing photography to support both print and digital marketing initiatives Support motion graphics or animated content for digital platforms when appropriate, in collaboration with the broader team Other duties as assigned
