Arden, NC 28704Reports To: Brand ManagerSupervisory Responsibilities: This job does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.Summary:At Wicked Weed Brewing, we Craft for Better to create moments that unite people and enrich communities. This position must thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects, ranging from relatively easy to long-term in nature.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide design support for the marketing department, including social media assets, retail merchandise, commercial marketing assets, in-market murals, and a variety of marketing campaigns.Assist in the development and maintenance of design brand guidelines.Ensure consistency between projects to achieve overall messaging goals.Ensure all graphics align with overall company goals and vision.Work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure appropriate approvals of all design proofs.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Proficiency with AI algorithms, models, and software integration to create and edit graphic design projects.Preferred, not required, proficient in developing 3D CAD renderings through the use of Adobe Systems, Procreate software, Blender 3D visualizer and building files to integrate with Torchmate.Preferred, not required, proficient with motion graphic design.Education and/or Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.3+ years of professional print and digital design experience preferred.3+ years of experience in CPG sales & marketing.
