Annual Fund Manager

This individual will manage an assigned caseload of qualified, mid-level donors who contribute $250 - $4,999 with the purpose of deepening each donor relationship and increasing each donor’s annual contribution to the Spokane Citadel. • Must maintain good documentation through contact reports and activity tracking, using the Portfolio database according to Salvation Army protocols. If a donor has potential or indicates an interest in a gift of $5,000 or more, the Annual Fund Manager partners with the Director of Donor Relations on a seamless transition of this donor to the Director of Donor Relations’ caseload. • Develops, manages and coordinates follow up for monthly opportunity visit program to engage donors in the work of the Spokane Citadel. • Has a deep understanding of the Spokane Citadel’s direct marketing strategies and practices as majority of the mid-level donors will come from this fundraising effort.
