The ideal candidate will be a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of design principles and a proven track record of bringing design concepts to execution. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, ensuring brand consistency and visually appealing solutions that resonate with the Anthro Living customer.Role ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and design innovative product packaging solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, considering production feasibility and brand guidelines.Develop creative graphic treatments for Anthro Living products, including but not limited to candles, home fragrance, decorative accessories, and seasonal items.Maintain a strong awareness of current design trends, techniques, and technologies to inform design solutions.Collaborate closely with designers, product development, and marketing teams to ensure visual elements are cohesive and effectively communicate the Anthro Living brand message.Manage design projects from concept to final production, including preparing files for print or digital output.Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand style guides and visual standards.Role QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a retail or lifestyle brand environment.
