They will be a key player in executing the full line assortment (Men’s, Women’s, Kid’s, and Accessories) from a graphic perspective. Individual should be ready and energized to keep up with brand’s incredible growth trajectory... in the performance market. • Prepare artwork for production - color separate, reduce colors, determine size/scale, placement on garment, etc. • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. Qualifications • BA/BS or equivalent, ideally in Graphic or Textile Design • 3-5 years of graphic/textile design experience • Expert knowledge and application of Illustrator and Photoshop for textile design • Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines • Strong illustrative hand and painting skills • Strong attention to detail and time management skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of working with licensed art is a plus • Motivated self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset • Be an inspiring, energy giving member of the team.
