Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Graphic Designer is a vital member of the Marketing Team, responsible for bringing the brand’s story to life across print, digital, and video platforms. You will help define and elevate our visual identity through compelling content creation—from catalogs and packaging to social media visuals, marketing collateral, and promotional videos.We are looking for a creative superstar with excellent aesthetic judgment, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering cohesive, brand-aligned designs. The Marketing Department is a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities:Design and produce high-quality marketing materials across print, digital, and video platforms, in alignment with koi’s brand guidelines.Develop visually compelling content for ads, email campaigns, catalogs, packaging, in-store signage, and social media.Edit and create engaging video content for digital campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling.Manage projects from concept to completion—including layout, typography, color, photo selection, and post-production.Partner with internal creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute seasonal campaigns and product launches.Collaborate with outside vendors, printers, photographers, videographers, and creative agencies to ensure quality and timely deliverables.Maintain consistency across all touchpoints, reinforcing koi’s brand identity and aesthetic in every visual piece.Participate in marketing meetings to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and develop strategic visual solutions.Stay on top of fashion and design trends, particularly within the healthcare and lifestyle apparel sectors.Ensure all design output is accurate, error-free, and delivered on schedule and within budget.Qualifications & Skills:Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects a strong plus.Strong portfolio showcasing print design, digital graphics, especially for apparel or lifestyle brands.Excellent design skills with a deep understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.Solid knowledge of pre-press, printing processes, and production specifications.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to take direction, accept constructive feedback, and work both independently and collaboratively.Strong communication and presentation skills.Education & Experience:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.5–8 years of design experience in-house, at an agency, or freelance—experience in the apparel or fashion industry preferred.Proven experience developing brand identity, marketing collateral, packaging, and video content.Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.Position Qualities & Traits:Creative Problem Solver – Approaches design challenges with thoughtful, innovative solutions.Team Player – Collaborates seamlessly with marketing, sales, design, and product development teams.Detail-Oriented – Maintains a high standard of accuracy and consistency across all projects.Initiative-Driven – Takes ownership of tasks and brings fresh ideas to the table.Highly Organized – Able to manage time efficiently and juggle competing priorities.Trend-Aware – Keeps a pulse on the latest in fashion, graphic design, and digital trends to ensure relevancy.Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):Motion graphics, animation, or 3D design capabilities.Experience with catalog layout, and video editing work Company DescriptionDynamic apparel company!Company DescriptionDynamic apparel company!
