Job Summary Embroidery experience is highly preferred, and we’re looking for someone who has worked with commercial embroidery machines in a production environment. Responsibilities Operate commercial embroidery machines and prepare embroidery jobsHoop garments, load designs, change thread colors, and monitor production qualityProduce apparel using DTF transfers and heat press equipmentPrep, assemble, and package apparel and custom ordersAssist with vinyl cutting, weeding, masking, and applicationAssist with large-format printing, laminating, trimming, and finishingSupport production of banners, signs, decals, and vehicle graphicsFollow job specifications and maintain consistent quality standardsMaintain an organized, clean, and efficient production workspaceAssist with general shop tasks and production support as neededQualifications Experience operating commercial embroidery machines in a production environment is strongly preferredExperience in an embroidery shop, sign shop, print shop, apparel decoration, or a similar production environmentExperience with DTF printing, heat presses, vinyl graphics, large-format printing, or vehicle graphics is a plusComfortable operating production equipment and hand toolsStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipAble to manage tasks independently and stay organizedReliable, punctual, and professional in a small-team settingAble to lift and move materials up to 40-50 lbsCandidates with commercial embroidery machine experience will be given strong preference.
