ResponsibilitiesDesign original prints, yarn dyes, embroideries, and embellishments for multiple apparel brandsResearch and apply current and upcoming trends in women's apparel to your designsDevelop CAD artwork and color stories, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand strategyMaintain and organize CAD files, color references, and development packages in PLM systemsProvide technical color expertise, using tools like Color Spectrophotometer to ensure consistency and qualityInitiate lab dip requests and manage color submissions, collaborating with production partnersIdentify and resolve material and color challenges, ensuring best practices in color managementCollaborate with design and merchant teams, sharing creative ideas and feedback in development meetingsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in apparel print and textile design, with a strong portfolio showcasing original workProficiency in Ned Graphics Design or similar textile design software, plus Adobe Photoshop and IllustratorStrong artistic, conceptual, and color sense, with the ability to differentiate the color spectrumExperience with PLM systems and technical color management is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
