Apparel Print Shop Designer

Apparel Print Shop, located in Bakersfield, California, is currently accepting resumes for a full-time, Project Manager / Designer position. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of professionalism to our clients within a business-casual work environment. This is a full-time, in-office position. Principal duties and responsibilities consist of various tasks including, but not limited to, the following: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Corel and Photoshop Color Separation for screen print artwork setup and printing transparencies Strong working knowledge of Vector vs Raster files Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear and effective verbal and written communication Strong ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written directions, with demonstrated follow- through Capacity to retain new information and apply analytical thinking to problem-solving Skilled at multi-tasking efficiently and accurately with high attention to detail Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of professional responsibility Minimum 2 year experience in the apparel decoration industry
